Uses
Terms and Conditions of Use.
Welcome to Panama Routes. By accessing and using our services, you accept the terms and conditions detailed in this document. These terms regulate the use of our website, products, and services, so we recommend that you read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
This statement of terms and conditions of service constitutes a legal agreement between the requesting user, hereinafter “the client”, with the independent operator of adventure tourism services Panama Routes.
Reservations.
To book a tour with Panama Routes, a deposit of 50% of the total cost must be paid on the same day the reservation is made.
The remaining balance must be paid in USD and in cash on the day of arrival in Panama, before the activity begins.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
Reservations can be made only via WhatsApp or email at [insert email address]. Once your reservation request is received, you will receive a confirmation from us.
Payment Methods.
Payments are considered valid only after the transfer receipt has been sent via email or WhatsApp and confirmed by Panama Routes.
Cancellations and Modifications.
Panama Routes may cancel a service between 30 and 25 days prior to the scheduled activity. In such cases, the client may reschedule or receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. Clients will be notified by email.
Services Affected by External Conditions
Certain services may be interrupted or canceled due to extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events beyond our control. In such cases, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Responsibility
Panama Routes reserves the right to modify or cancel tours when necessary for the safety and well-being of passengers.
Luggage remains the responsibility of the client at all times.
Panama Routes acts solely as an operator and is not liable for injuries, illnesses, damages, losses, additional expenses, delays, or irregularities caused by natural or social events beyond our control.
Clients must sign a waiver of liability before certain excursions, acknowledging the inherent risks of adventure tourism activities.
Conduct
Any inappropriate behavior that disrupts activities may result in immediate removal from the tour.
Damages caused to property, equipment, or facilities as a result of misconduct are the responsibility of the client.
Responsability.
Panama Routes reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour, when necessary, for the good and safety of the passengers. Luggage is always the responsibility of the clients.
Panama Routes acts only in the capacity of Operator; therefore, it is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, damages, losses, additional expenses, accidental delays or other irregularities that may occur due to natural disasters or social unrest.
For the activities offered, we will ask you to sign a sworn statement that acts as a release of liability for risks incurred during your excursion, which is a usual practice for some operators.
Medical and Insurance
We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase comprehensive medical and travel insurance in their country of residence, as our programs do not include coverage.
In the event of illness, accident, or required evacuation, all medical and related expenses will be assumed by the client. Panama Routes will assist in arranging medical care but is not responsible for associated costs.
